Client Responsibilities

• Cooperate and respond to communication in a timely manner

• Pay all agreed fees on time

Failure to comply may result in service delays or termination.

Payment Terms

• All payments must be made as per the agreed proposal or invoice.

• Payment may be due upfront or on a monthly/quarterly basis.

• Late payments may attract penalties or suspension of service.

• Charges are non-refundable once services have commenced.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our business and service-based operations, Hotel Rev Growth strictly follows a No Refund Policy.
Once payment is made and services have commenced, no refunds shall be provided under any circumstances.

Intellectual Property

• Clients may not reproduce, share, or resell our materials without written consent.

• Any content developed specifically for the client (e.g., websites or creatives) shall be transferred as per the agreement.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive business and financial information shared during the partnership. This includes passwords, pricing, performance data, and business strategies.

Termination of Services

Hotel Rev Growth reserves the right to terminate services:

• If the client breaches terms or fails to pay

• Upon mutual agreement

• With prior notice, as specified in the service contract

Limitation of Liability

Hotel Rev Growth shall not be liable for:
